Digital vs Physical
Over the past years, I have worked on and designed both physical and digital products. I enjoy both, but I have a different position in each. I love being a part of engineering teams, but in these teams I take a bit more of an organizing/leading role, supporting and guiding the 'real' engineers instead of creating actual 3D models and physical prototypes myself. Whereas with digital products, now especially with new AI tools, I'm able to be more on the producing side as well. I expect to be involved in more digital projects than physical ones in the upcoming years, since I like how straightforward it is nowadays to turn ideas into digital products.
Why have me in your team?

Systems thinking
I think beyond the product itself, and see its effect on the ecosystem. My little extracurricular business endeavors have taught me how seemingly simple businesses require attention to a lot of moving parts and details. I tried to apply this mindset to design: each choice reshapes the system it enters, and I spot the requirements and details needed to make change work properly.

Ideation
Where others might get stuck in the ideation phase, I am able to help teams forward by highlighting new perspectives and finding solution spaces. I'm not afraid to do things differently or challenge conventions. I take an entrepreneurial mindset into design, to see opportunities and use creativity to overcome obstacles.

I approach design with an entrepreneurial mindset, which I developed through several business endeavors over the past years.
